Celebrating Business Women’s Excellence

07 December 2016

ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW are proud to be this year’s Headline sponsors of The Business Women Excellence Awards – Sussex Edition.  These awards celebrate the talent and success of women business owners or leaders.  From the hundreds of nominations the semi-finalists and then winners were selected and they celebrated in style!

The Semi-Final event was to announce all the Sussex Edition Semi-Finalists. Penina Shepherd, Managing Director of ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW, took to the stage to welcome all and give her words of encouragement to the nominees, also taking the opportunity to acknowledge the vast amount of talent in the room. When the excited Semi-Finalists were announced they all received on stage their own signed copy of Penina’s Amazon bestseller The Freedom Revolution to further inspire them on their journey.

On the night of the Gala Final the room filled with hundreds of business women professionals, their guests and the sponsors from across the region. Penina Shepherd as the Keynote Speaker for the evening gave her visionary and inspirational talk on The Freedom Revolution which captivated the audience with her moving true life experience and motivational, practical advice on how to do what you love and be financially successful. This set the tone for the evening’s announcements of runners up and winners who have all achieved wonderful success already!

Penina Shepherd commented, “When I heard of these fantastic awards I just knew we had to be part of it. We were absolutely delighted to be the Headline Sponsor of such a fantastic event.”

The winners will gather at the Regional Finals in September 2017 where ACUMEN BUSINESS LAW will present the Overall Winner with their grand title, who will it be?

What a superb way to celebrate and focus on the diverse range of talents and business skills of women across the regions.
