Employment tribunal fees

UNISON, one of the UK’s largest trade unions, with over 1.3 million members, have won the right to have a judicial review of the introduction of tribunal fees. The review is set for October 2013.

Following the controversial introduction of tribunal fees for those wishing to bring an employment claim against their employers, Unison have been granted permission for a Judicial review hearing to try and repeal the new fee rule.
