My employee won’t follow instructions, what can I do?
No one wants to have difficult conversations about poor performance or bad behaviour. Employers often shy away from dealing with difficult or disruptive employees, but this can cause conflict between staff members as well as affecting morale and performance. Ignoring staff issues will not make them disappear and only drag out matters. What can be done?
